Never under estimate the importance of a good florist. I live on the West Coast and have used Charlotte's Web OFTEN over the past few years. Whether I'm at home or visiting Calgary, the customer service and quality of product is outstanding. Very friendly service, good hours and timely service, I placed a late same-day delivery request that was received within 2 hours. Beautiful arrangement, was very nervous about the process as it was my first time ordering flowers but the person I spoke to got back to me quickly and was very kind and patient while I placed the order.
